Highly detailed weather reports are produced which are provided to clients ahead of each event. These reports are accompanied by an event specific narrative of how we intend to service each event. As conditions change, we are notified in advance based on constant observation by these experts allowing us to adjust our scope of work to meet your needs. When an event ends, a Certified Snow Report is issued by these experts detailing exactly what occurred to document the service provided. These reports are invaluable in documenting what was provided and defending against frivolous slip and fall claims which sadly plague the industry.

  • We employ a pricing model developed by experts who used national standards for efficiency across a number of different types of properties and weather events to create our event pricing. This approach removes the variability often found in the industry. Our invoices then match the unit pricing proposed with the actual conditions reported by the independent team of weather experts who monitor conditions by zip code we discussed in our documentation section.

  • No two clients are ever exactly the same. Property differences and tenant needs vary. We meet with our clients to understand the nuances of how weather events impact each property and the specific needs of each client.
